I knew I had to buy this dress when I saw it! My cousin felt the same way when she saw it (we both picked it up and showed it to each other). Oddly enough, it is a cherokee brand dress from Target that I have only seen once. I shop at Target 1-2 times a week, and at about 4 different Targets, so that I have only seen a dress once is rare! Anyway, we call this the confetti dress in our house, and I love it as a party dress. I love how the cream perfectly matches the cream in her headband (she’s finally becoming excited about wearing headbands and sunglasses, YAY) and how her gold Old Navy t-straps pick up the gold in the dress. So festive!
